I am grateful for having a great day with my dad.
I am grateful for helping other people who suffer from addiction.
I am grateful for surviving 5 days of intense and constant urges. First day i did not had any urges..
I am grateful for the fact i really start to believe in myself after 100+ years of hating myself.
I am grateful for the fact i finally have the guts to talk about what happened in my youth.
I am grateful for the fact i start to believe it was not my fault.

Um

I have MUCH less anxiety. Im so proud of that, it's something I struggled with for so long.

I'm much more open with my feelings (Also goes with my reduced anxiety).

I have a scholarship that will fund all the expenses of a college visit!

 

I am grateful for a wife who is a true teammate.
I am grateful for the growth I have made through therapy.
I am grateful for the chance to help others.

1. I'm grateful for this present moment. This present moment is all there is.
2. I'm grateful for reaching 50 days. I haven't been counting but thought to see how many days it has been and I was pleasantly surprised to see 50 days.
3. I'm grateful for learning Spanish. A goal of mine this year is to be fluent by Jan 2019. My next milestone is to learn 1000 most common Spanish words by 30/04/2018. Any native Spanish speakers want to help me?

 

I'm grateful my shoulder isn't killing me either lol

Also that I've a workplace where I can basically have a fresh start in terms of my social image.

Also for being more comfortable WIth myself. Seriously, being content used to be impossible the last two years

I am grateful for a new day for urges. --> i made a game out of it. Every urge will bring me more willpower and strength.
I am grateful for having the experience so i can help other people.
I am grateful for having a lovely bike ride with my dad.
I am grateful for accepting the loneliness and therefore not feeling lonely.
I am so fucking grateful for working on my recovery. I've been addicted so so so long and i kept on trying and i kept on falling. Finally, i know what the fuck was wrong with all my attempts. Finally, i succeed!

I am grateful for this community!
