I’m grateful that I’m not reacting to my emotions by reflex.
I’m grateful for relaxing and enjoying time with work colleagues.
I’m grateful for eating well.

I am grateful for my family and friends

I'm grateful that I feel that there is not much darkness (I was about to say 'dankness' which is also true, I believe) in me.

I haven't been here for a while. As i said, i'm doing that cue exposure therapy, and it's freaking hard.
Go to the edge and then, just before the moment you would normally start masturbating, stop and do something else. It's hard and difficult, but it's worth it because I find it helps me a lot.
So, i'm grateful for having the willpower to make it REALLY hard for myself, but not relapse.
