I'm grateful for this present moment. This present moment is all there is. I'm grateful for Clark Kegley Youtube video. His video on his success law of attraction stories gave me a feeling the universe wants me to get my intention crystal clear as I go from one thought to another which leads to me having mix feelings. I'm going to start a journal challenge recording my actions throughout the day and things I could change. I'm grateful for Transcendental meditation. Usually I meditate focusing my attention on my breath but tried out TM and experience was more intense.
