    Fell off on day 4. Starting over on day 0 today. Back in the Hospital Wing

    The urge felt like pecking little birds in my head and when I wake up early and have not gotten great sleep I'm at my most vulnerable fatigued and stressed of the day ahead... Any advice out there for the vulnerable early morning temptation?
    (I've deleted Instagram as of today and moved around furniture in the room where it tends to happen)

    Try starting the day with early morning exercise. I've been doing that a while now for different reasons and found it also helps overcome the urges.
