had a relapse yesterday and the point I had uncovered is I am not taken the streak seriously and it all started with some brain fog and I gave in easily and not even a single thought I thought about the streak I just gave in

the first thing is You just might have had a past trying to do this. The reason why I say this is because I feel that quitting porn is a priority…but the truth of the matter is that I only kinda want to quit porn. and this is bad need to be more disciplined towards the goal by taking things seriously.

I have not been real good about coming on here in the last month. Relapsed several times with me now having 6 global relapses out of 37 days. I relapsed about an hour ago, though I cannot remember the exact time so I rounded up to 10PM. I am caught up on one of my classes pretty much, but I am behind in two others still, so I am working hard to not fall too much further behind.

Hey man, well done on your day 2. I really liked what you shared about the new way of life. It is obvious when you look at it. Still, it is easier said than done. Half my problem is that I have some demons still niggling at me in the background that I haven't yet dealt with.

The whole time they are there, they get in the way of me moving on because they are telling me that I am not worthwhile, so I do not have as much love for myself.

I'm planning to do some pretty serious therapy on myself in the next couple of weeks and hope to put these demons to rest once and for all.
