Thanks man was just so wound up as I didn't really even want to relapse it was really strange I watched a video from scandanavian Bob who said sometimes these relapse come between 14 and 40 days makes sense we just get depressed and give up. I won't be doing that again I am back on track.
Out tending the crops and we came across these strange symbols in the fields.
This saved me last night. I was alone for the first time in my current streak with my laptop. And I felt the blood rush and urges to look at p come. When I thought about it though, I realised that I was actually not interested in any p yet my body was reacting to the trigger of being alone with internet, and pushing me to look. So yeah, the addiction pushes even when you persoanlly have no interest to pmo as long as you are putting yourself in a vulnerable spot. I think in the long run identifying and getting rid of triggers helps to deal with urges a lot.

Today was fine, except for a re-emergence of a few memories, which I was able to snap out of.

After a whole week of being a member of NoFap, today I relapsed and now I am feeling guilty, I don't know what took over my mind at that time. Although I didn't watch porn but still I masturbated to a porn substitute. This fapping habit has brought me huge losses in my studies and my concentration level. Don't know what to do coz earlier I was a good student.

Well... you're absolutely right, it also downgrades my studies while I was in school. That time I didn't have any idea that PMO is ruining my life... thought I'm not capable enough to understand the concepts. I found this community when I started to attend college.

Day 9/10 Drone Catcher.
Had strong urges, cannot control. By the time PMO takes control of my body.... I thought I don't wanna ruin my 8 day streak which I struggled to get here after some years of fights. My will power as a weapon defeated the urges. Glad that I'm here and moving forward to Find the Co coordinates.
Ok again at DAY 1 and this time I will quit PMO forevever
