    I forgot to save the changes I made to my final assignment for a class I'm taking. I really don't like this class and writing it the first time was really tedious. I'm feeling frustrated and, in the past, frustration has been the most common excuse I give for relapsing. I'm going to go for a run now and try to clear my head.

    A while ago when I watched through the Saga, I was amazed at how well the Jedi philosophy goes with quitting porn. Particularly the stuff with Yoda on Dagobah. Porn/the dark side is quicker, easier, more seductive than self-discipline and the attainment of virtue, but it is a path that will turn you into "an agent of evil". And then there's the part of me that throws a fit at the thought of giving up porn. "You want the impossible!" But then I see successful fapstronauts lifting up X-Wings around me. I fail because I don't believe I can succeed.

    What a journey it has been. One month going strong. I have definitely been productive and have a lot more energy.

    Love the original trilogies and the prequels. It's no mistake that I have chosen Anakin as my avatar. I always get goosebumps when watching these scenes.

    Star war Rebels were also great. I think I mentioned it before, but the scenes when Kanan sacrifices himself and Ezra did the same really hit me deep. It's then that I realized what I have to do and set me on this path. I haven't looked at porn since then (more than two months).
    My reset a month ago was based on me building up sexual tension after anticipating intimacy with my wife while on vacation. Needless to say, it didn't happen and I M after my return.

    I have learned a lot since then and is still working on how to control my urges.
