Day 8, Uruk-Hai :>

I still have a lot of nervous energy. Yesterday was really bad and I snacked a lot. I need to put this energy into better habits. But I was just so tired yesterday, oh well. There will be better days. Still glad that I am on track <3

 

I was in a similar place last year, and as your counter states ‘no P’ I would treat this as a reset. It doesn’t seem like such a bad thing after 3 days clean, but what if you’d peeked after 100+ days and it caused you to relapse?

It is indeed a victory that you did not continue to MO, but the greatest victory is a life free from PMO entirely.

 

Does anyone know how to start a new challenge here in the forum or could/wanna help me with that??

Day 3. It has been a long while since I have participated in these forums, I had longer streaks going a year or year and a half ago. Maybe 20 days or so consistently for streaks. But the last 6 months have been difficult and I needed to get more involved again.

Looking into starting a bulk and I’m kinda overwhelmed at all the information out there! Otherwise there’s not much else to say, little to no urges, only some annoying surprise videos on Instagram that caused me to get aroused but I moved on from them sharpish - it’s been a long day of essay writing, and I’ve got at least two more to go before I can wrap them all up so I’m keeping this short and heading to bed!
