Checking in Fellowship So, i had half a spoon of coffee this morning mixed with a little cinnanon, so for first experiment, it went well, i awake up alert but not "speedy" which is good . gonna try a different mix tomorrow morning. i have light urges to report, but they don´t shake me . I´m still reading his book "your brain on porn", but it seems very interesting so far. Here´s a great video of him, one of his most notorious presentations. RIP my brother. Thank you for everything.
Thank you RiseToGreatness! Yes, RIP Gary Wilson and thank you for everything you did. I can only imagine the strife he must of had to face from the porn industry. If it wasn't for him, many of us would not have some science to back the terrible effects of porn on the brain.

Day 0 Sorry guys, I had a few problems with my personal life, that's why I had not been here for a while. I did not relapse but I want to reset my counter, because I want to do this right.
If you feel like it's the right thing to do, then reset. Just don't get caught up into the belief that your run has to be 100% clean. That'll only stress you out and keep you in the cycle. I know, because I did. It's a bumpy road. Keep going!
