It was also my mother's birthday so I made a party for her and I just find out an ex girlfriend blocked me from all social media, she was trying to have a romantic weekend with me which I refused politely, I guess she is still in love of me. But I don't feel the same.

So far today: cold shower, good sleep, meditation, prayer, healthy eating.

Just came back from the cinema, there was a film "Trainspotting". This film about addictive of heroin guys and shows how it's affecting on characters lives.
The main character says: "Choose life, choose a career, a family, choose your future... I chose not to choose life. I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?"
As we know, porn causes strong psyhologic addiction comparable to heroin and it's destroying our lives, our dreams and relationships, particly the same as fucking drugs. So, brothers and sisters, you must recognize that is really serious if you still didn't it and choose: life with full of emotions or porn and apathy. Stop playing with it. I believe in you, warriors.

I have to share that I just received the two books I ordered: The Silmarillion, Tolkien's first and last book; and Tales of Húrin, which I had never heard of, but when I saw it for $6 and read the blurb, I had to grab it. Thriftbooks is sweet. I will start reading these when I finish my current fiction book, a sci-fi I found in the barn on our newly-acquired property.

Anyway, I am still staying (barely) p-free, for over 260 days now. I keep going for p-subs and M though, which I gather is the same to the brain circuits as PMO. Wish me luck getting away from it.

I have now evolved into a Warrior of Gondor, and I do indeed need some fighting spirit and bravery right now. Urges to watch P have been strong the last few days, and I find it harder and harder to deal with them.

40 days – You try to pass through Caradhras but the PMO forces were strong there. You make a detour to the Dwarven Realm of Moria.

Indeed I tried to pass through Caradhras it is really difficult in these days temptations are more.

Feeling well. In morning I was bit tired sleepy as usual but after waking up I did workout, meditation, cold shower then felt very active.

 

Day 2

Still going strong

I know it sounds kind of silly to be proud about making it to day 2, but I don't care. I'm feel good.

I thought about porn and sex a lot in the past two days, and even the thought about never watching porn again for the rest of my life just kind of makes me sad, it's like thinking about never eating McDonalds ever again. I know it's bad for me, but I just want to have it anyway.

I've also had to face pretty women a lot lately, I've joined a Pilates class after a suggestion from my girlfriend and its great workout and I can almost touch my toes for the first time in my life. But it is weird being in a small room with 7 other girls waring leggings. I'm using that time as an extra meditation and self-control excelsis because I don't want to be a creep, so I'm vary consciously not staring. But I truly feel that this is helping me, both at looking at women as regular people and by staying healthy and fit.

I feel good, and I hope that everyone else are also having a good day.

 

Day 169 no PMO. I might work from home today so I’ll need a plan to stay off my phone and away from P. Wish me luck.
