    I don't class wet dreams as a relapse. They're not intentional orgasms. Up to you, and what your goals are, but certainly for this challenge, you don't have to reset.

  9. Having a huge crisis rn.

    I feel like having so much energy, but it's spiked with frustration, anger and rage, so it's hard to focus.
    Also some occasional urges.

    Plus I deleted an account from a website where I used to go in order to fap, and also shared some nudes for easy validation. It kind of feels like a breakup tbh (I know sounds weird). I have this constant feeling of getting back to it.
    It would trade the high energy (with is an unpleasant feeling) for lethargy,
    Rage and anger for apathy and depression.

    Try to do yoga, specifically pranayama, it’s an excellent breathing technique to help you keep calm. Anulom Vilom and Nadi Shodan for Focus, Bhramri to keep calm, Kapal Bhati for Detox. It’s collectively called breath-work I think in the west. It will help you keep calm and balance your energy levels. Meditation is also a great tool but it’s hard to do it when you can’t focus. I have linked a video more tailored towards western audience. It has helped me somewhat in last 2 days.

    Fell off on day 4. Starting over on day 1

    The urge felt like pecking little birds in my head and when I wake up early and have not gotten great sleep I'm at my most vulnerable fatigued and stressed of the day ahead... Any advice out there for the vulnerable early morning temptation?
