    Rules are simple guys
    -You have to stay clean(nofap hard mode) for the whole month of April straight.
    -You can still have sex if you want to
    -you are not allowed to watch any porn(edging) for the whole month.

    Many small calisthenics (bodyweight) workouts a day instead of 1 large workout. The goal is to never let a momentum of too much built-up energy happen. You can do pushups, squats, doorframe rows, planks, it really doesn't matter.

    Next I would recognize the "soft triggers" that get you in the bad state of mind that causes a relapse. For me casual Youtube surfing can be bad because it has the same zoning out feel as P plus it has the dopamine surge or constantly looking for novelty. . . whatever your triggers are, when they start coming up just get off the computer completely for a while.

    I'm in, today will be my day 4 since my last relapse, and since I will fasting for a month during the day, this challenge should help me doing good for a month too.
