And if each day we choose to make healthy decisions that are going to promote successful and porn free lives, then that is exactly what we will have! It takes discipline and daily routine. There is no magic formula, but neither can you just "hope" your way through it.

If you don't plan to succeed, then you plan to fail. There is no in-between state of existence. You either have a specific, well thought out, and written down the plan for porn abstinence, or you have not. And if you have not, you will never be free of porn addiction for the long run. Because in your lack of planning, you have unknowingly planned for failure.
