  1. It's day 8 and I figure I should start my journal. My unhealthy relationship with porn dates back to when I was 12/13 - so about 5/6 years ago; after being introduced by a cousin when he was joking about it. Initially, it was an everyday thing, as a young boy I found it amusing actually, it was naughty. However, as time went on, I used to wank so much, that when sleeping away from home, I found I couldn't fall asleep. I then grew to have 0 confidence with girls and I must say that when I moved to the UK, it got worse because of how quick the internet was. Eventually, I spoke to girl more, but purely for sexual reasons. My sex drive nearly drove to me to ruining a childhood friendship as I was en route to shagging twins. I came to find out about nofap.com, after a teacher of mine did a sex talk and said that he had been clean for 300 days & was feeling great. I never took it seriously, but as time went on, I began to see the negative effects of the porn & how the masturbation was giving me PE. Now I'm here. after failing to quit left Year, I think it's time to close this chapter with my teenage hood & stop sexualising women and become the man I'm meant to be.
It's day 8 & I've had no urges. Please check out my 30 day push-up challenge.
    Let's beat it together!

  3. Unfortunately, today I relapsed on day 15. It was all over this girl whom a find very attractive, I feel weak for failing that way, but there isn't much I can do about it; its in the past. However in that short time i noticed great benefits such as increased energy, and proficiency with every day tasks. Its just a minor set back for a major comeback and as i went 15 days no urges, I'm sure I've got this. Stay blessed guys. Keep up the good work!
