    Hey , I am new to this community and I have just stopped PMO 3 Days ago. Please help me and tell me that how many days will it take to recover if I had masturbated for whole 1 year. I am very committed to quitting PMO and looking forward to get healed . Thank you.

    The amount of time it takes varies from person to person. Look at the 3 month (90 day) mark for starters it may take less time or more time.
