Too many triggers- help!!

    So i came to know about NoFap about a month ago. Currently I am on a 2 week streak of not fapping to porn or masturbating in general.

    However it is getting very difficult to control my urges now and I think the problem is too many triggers. Just thinking about my fetishes makes me want to rub one out. Cuckolding, bbc, sissification, humiliation, hentai, incest, bully porn and the list goes on. I try to get rid of one thought and the next one pops in.

    Is there a technique to getting rid of these thoughts. Some imagery or scenario you guys come up with? All suggestions will be helpful. I dont want to relapse and fall back into the jerk off cycle

    Watching a Tv show, a video on youtube. Sometimes i even start fantasizing in my mind
     
  4. I know someone who looks at pictures of Japanese gardens to calm down.
    I tried to play chess against the computer on the Internet and it worked pretty well.
     
  5. Try doing other things that occupy your mind, a hobby, sports, learning something new. Also be around other people and talk, don't be alone with a screen or quiet thoughts until you have had some time to get through this stage.
