I totally agree with this! I am looking for an AP triggered by orgy/swinger and massage porn because I would like to know what made us to go back to porn to watch the same kind of porn.

Teachers, step-moms, positions where she's kneeling down for a BJ and you can see her ass and feet from behind.

  4. School teachers at the beginning, big tit women, then escalated to bbw's

  5. BBW women especially white and Latina, amateur/homemade porn, transgendered person porn is my number one(I like it and just have to admit it). And foot fetish.

Even if you put a "Trigger" label on this, I dont think a relapse trigger like this is a particularly a good Idea. We are here to heal in the present moment, not remember one of the "impure" habits that some are choosing to leave behind. Im not saying your post is bad, im just pointing out that this is "counterproductive" and its the reason I stay away from posts like these. I hope you take that into consideration.

Maybe I am unusual. My trigger changes. For instance gay porn will be huge then at some point im like ewwww wtf am I doing. Then its incest porn then bbw porn but the point is it cycles with me. Nothing stays the same as in X porn always gets me going. All I know for 100% sure is porn has turned me into someone I do not want to be. I do not want to have to watch this sick crap to be able to "get off" anymore. I want my life to be normal again.

In my experience, i needed something new. As I wore out what had been new and exciting, I needed to find something different. Through the all various genres, there was an underlying theme of lack of control, victimization. As a child, I was small and occasionally bullied. In my right mind, I am strongly opposed to all bullying. With my brain on P, I can identify with a victim in P and be excited while repulsed by a loss of control.

i think we return to the same scenes that produce us the most pleasure

I find abuse very related to addiction

    stepdad/girl
    money/bj

As a bro said, lack of self confidence

a good step is to make it more difficult to reach that content. With porn filter, deleting accounts on that sites.

doing good things and with good habits, it is more easy to forget that “titles” and sites.

my best wishes for all of us

This particular sub-forum can read like a porn-enthusiast forum sometimes.

What does it matter what your favourite scenes are, your favourite stars and the acts you most desire them to perform. None of this stuff is good. Do you think alcoholics should sit about discussing their favourite cocktails? Do you think that will help them recover?

Yes I fixate on certain things, certain scenes and people from my memory. But it doesn't make any difference, there is nothing special about that or them, it is a compulsion that I have caused by my addiction. If it wasn't that or them, it would be something else. It's a symptom, not the cause.
