    So I'm back again.
After another long streak I'm back on the forum due to a huge flatline that just won't clear.
I've been abstaining for 3 months now, still no morning wood, still no spontaneous erections and my libido is at rock bottom, just pure asexual at this point.
No one can even begin to tell me what's wrong with me!

I've had huge streaks in the past but nothings happening this time. All I want is a sign that I'm fine! It's so frustrating.

Assuming you're doing hard mode.. How do you know you have problems with your libido if you aren't allowing yourself to become sexual stimulated? I mean having interactions with women, not viewing P. If you don't suffer from anxiety and aren't taking antidepressant medication you shouldn't be having any problems.

Essentially by going on huge streaks and not replacing the P with being in a relationship or actively dating, you are training your brain to not want sex and the 'asexual' feeling is going to kick in naturally. You need to stop thinking about holding it in at this point, recovery isn't a constant flat line even though some on here will say it's normal. At 3 months you should be utilizing all of the extra energy, confidence, improved speech and all the rest of the stuff that has been drained from you by doing too much pmo.

I do a lot of research into diet, nutrition and overall well-being. I have just started a new routine which should do wonders for my libido even though I don't really have any issues with erections tbh. I'm not going to spill the beans just yet as I am using myself as a test subject at the moment, I'll report back in a week or so. If you aren't already, work on your cardio and diet. Cut out bad carbs and refined sugar. If it doesn't cause erections at least you will be healthier :)

A healthy single guy should still get sexual urges though, whether there's a woman around to fulfil them or not. There are also plenty of guys in relationships who are going through the flatline too.
