    On day 27 but these urges I am getting are strong. Not going to give in to them though.

    Just wondering if this is a sign on improvement? Is having stronger urges a good sign of Nofap working?

    Everyone’s reboot is different to a degree, but I’ve found that urges come in waves. A few days I’ll think I’m on top of the world, then the next few days I’ll be thinking about giving up. Your feelings will go up and down, but your resolve can never change.
