Using your subconscious to overcome habits

    Hello,
    I've thought about a method that I learnt in many books that will serve you as a big aid in overcoming your addictions. I use this method for other purposes but I thought it could very well be used in this environment.

    It is very simple and easy, but you have to be consistent. Here it is:

    Simply write in a piece of paper your desired condition or goal, in this case we could be talking about freedom of habit. How do you picture yourself once you are free from PMO, write everything, it can be brief or with as many details you want. The drill is to read this paper 3 times a day, morning, noon and evening. Preferably try to relax a bit before reading it.
