I'll keep this nice and concise. I struggled with addiction for a long time. Notice that I used the word "struggled" in the past tense. That because I've beaten it, which is not to say that I will never be tempted again or that I'll never have the urge to do it again. It means that I'm at a point now where saying no to the temptation of PMO is about as easy as consuming an ice-cream-sunday. I've been tempted to search "boobs" in google image search in the past month or so BUT I didn't do it. Now even seeing boobs randomly in a movie has the proper effect on me because I experience the normal physiological symptoms of sexual arousal. If you're struggling with problems caused by porn and the garbage sexual norms that our societal overlords are selling to us, keep on reading this post

How did I get here? A lot of people go completely in on one method. It's usually something like: "I found Jesus" or "I started working out pretty heavily" or "I got a 9-5 and had less time for PMO".

What I'm here to tell you is that the solution to your problem, the solution to why you can't get out of the bed in the morning without jerking off, is because you need to face the problem on all fronts.

God can't help you if you don't help yourself. YOU have the power to make decisions about your life. YOU have the power to make choices that will either make you a happy or unhappy person in the future. YOU have to decide at some point or another that YOU'RE done with this garbage and ready to see new places. Nobody in the world can make that decision for you, including God (if you believe he exists).

Face your PMO problem on all fronts. I did and that's why I'm here.

Get a 9-5 job and work your very hardest.
    Go hard in the gym.
Ask God to help you as you help yourself.
Think more properly about sex and sexual relationships.
See and respect properly behaved women and stay clear of the awful ones.
Learn to mind your own business and keep your nose to the grindstone.
Do the things to help yourself that you've been putting off.

Since I've quit this horrible set of habits, life has only gotten better for me. Even if its been slow, life has been improving and for the first time in a while I'm actually excited about getting up in the morning. If you try, if you put in the effort, if you show God, (the universe, the creator, whatever) that you're willing to stand up and beat this thing, He will help you.

    My advice?

Get a 9-5. The money will start rolling in and you'll start feeling way better about yourself. Stop thinking improper sexual thoughts. Fuck all these dumb unnatural kinks and fetishes that people have artificially produced. Get plenty of sleep. You can do it. Trust me, this isn't rocket science, even though sometimes it feels like the hardest thing you've ever done. For me it was anyway.

how? I managed to stop watching P. - I am not doing this for long time, but I still have fantasies that actually increase sexual tension. Its actually the same as watching P. Maybe I am not uploading to my brain new P. material, but my brain tries very hard to invent new stuff on its own.
