    I think:
    1. Attempting to subconsciously seek out lewd material.
    2. Increasing feelings of anxiety, depression, and irritability.
    3. Increasing sexual urges. Each one more intense than the predecessor.
    4. Questioning your decision to quit.
Are all signs of an impending relapse. What other ones would you suggest?

Well from my experiences with relapses it feels like a "Snowball Effect" Meaning ill have an urge and then if i dont treat that urge it grows and grows and my mind starts convincing me that its okay.. until eventually im doing the deed. I think having a solid defense like a good mantra or cold showers can beat relapses.. Hope this helped.

"Reward without risk is death." "No risk, no reward." No risk in pmo. Its all free pleasure. But nothing is free only borrowed.

Hey @TheReddestFlare. Thanks for creating this thread as it is something I myself have been thinking about lately. What is your experience with #2? I am on day 21 no PMO and feeling very anxious, maybe a little depression and I am very irritable. I'm trying to understand if this is common and how I might be able to deal with it. Any experiences, thoughts, advice, suggestions would be great.

@OttarrTheVendelCrow For me it's usually increasing thoughts of relapsing, increasing feelings of loneliness and depression, and increasing irritability that are signs of an impending relapse.
