Once I did 9 years of no watching porn and now probably 5 years or more, I lost track.

Since internet porn got on my radar: 502 days. That's one year plus 4 and a half months.

The internet is what really intensified my P use to problem levels.

Before the internet became an easy way to access it, I rarely watched videos. It was mostly magazines, if I came across them. But I didn't subscribe to any. (My dad did though! And as a teenager I was sure to check those out.) So it was not the same level of involvement pre-internet, and I don't know what my longest streak without that stuff was.

Thanks. Yeah I'm surprised how easy it's been to abstain from porn after so many years consuming it. The real challenge is the MO part.

Even still I think I've only done that about 3 times in 3 months...big progress.

That really is excellent! You are mostly effective with not masturbating. So only a tweak to your strategy is needed!

I watched one erotic movie when I was 14 y. o so I don't know if that counts as watching porn but that was the first time I masturbated, it was something about a spaceship. Then I didn't see anything, only my imagination to MO but also very randomly.

Then in university when I was like 22-23 y. o I watched porn for the first time on a computer then very randomly I watched porn. It's been like 5 years now I don't watch any.

And now that @DefendMyHeart explained to me in the cheating thread I made that watching porn is cheating and it creates karmic bonds with the porn actress and yourself, I'm never watching that stuff again
