    Okay no problem.
I really want to help you.
Why did that drove you insane?

Out of my own experience ive noticed that action leads to a change in feelings, mood, symptoms, etc. The key to your recovery might be as simple as eliminating your disempowering beliefs (i must feel bad bcoz im in recovery/ i am a pmo addict), actively changing your actions (do something instead of constantly reinforcing your current state of mind, get in touch with different energies) and installing some empowering beliefs (i can become better if i stop being preoccupied by my feelings and start being preoccupied by what i want to achieve)

    Just think about it.

  9. Guys I realize an orgasm from porn could send you back 2-3 months from where you were especially on paws reboot.

Try to focus on trying to make progress in: work or academics, self-care (gym, eating well etc) and building a social circle (both friends and a relationship if you can). Doing a successful 90 day nofap is commendable on its on, but we act like stopping fapping should be some miracle cure to bad life habits and decisions. If those three are not in order your stress, anxiety and depression levels will get you back to fapping quickly!! Your health can also deteriorate, and you end up getting things that are not even directly caused by pmo. When you stop wasting time on pmo try to focus that to building a healthy life, and you realise that soon you are too focused on important things to be thinking of porn in the fast place.

  11. The thing(reboot) put my life on hold. Research paws related topics and you'll see what I'm talking about. I already done everything under the sun to help me such as exercises, sun bath, vitamin D, Cold showers, socializing.... Except meditation which I don't think will hugely help with my case.
What I have now is massive brain fog that blocking my thoughts process. All I can do is just "Wait" which mean with time it'll get better. I do have glimpses from time to time of brain fog cleared just like before the addiction and paws.

I do not think exercise, cold showers, socializing are things that are meant to stop you pmo. They are more about changing your way of life so that you have more healthy, have meaningful relationships and a career you're serious about. It's about fixing your way of life, and making those a routine.

When you have a healthy family, job friends and you also work on self-care - you're not even getting time to think of pmo are you? I think people should be honest with themselves and ask if they have healthy lives, most of us here don't. We are mostly isolated and things are falling apart, and if you're young you may not feel that way but once your age mates start getting into relationships etc you realise that you cannot because of pmo. So it's about changing your lifestyle and trying to keep yourself in that healthy environment that doesn't allow for pmo.

It is difficult, my main paws were depressive like symptoms that at times stopped my productivity. But I'd use those down times for gym, then get up early for work at another time. It was difficult, but we all know that we just need to stop pmo.

Lol, thanks for 'knowing what I have gone through'. Keep pulling the paws card, I am sure your life is awesome because of your pmo.

That'll only make things worse or not fix the problem at all...

  19. I just read a thread from a former PAWS rebooter called Budharo. He said he took antidepressant and felt better than when he was in paws. There was another one from Reddit 6 or 7 years who got out of PAWS taking antidepressant.

I absolutely agree with you on this....But what is the solution to this....Is it continuing the streak for some days and relapse and this cycle continues???
