Why Men Objectify Women

Thanks, however I am still wanting some clarification!

 

If it makes any difference, which I don't care if it does or not, I objectify guys the same way I objectify women. Guys WANT to be objectified. Especially the super gay ones! Chicks do too! Media has been brainwashing us to think otherwise. Disney and CW television series. Get them in the bed room and you will be utterly SHOCKED! Afterward, it's difficult to not see dudes/chicks you're sexually attracted to in the same shade of grey. Sure, personalities might be a bit different, but the nature of sex is the same. Men who have sex regularly, speak the sex language, without having to be so blunt. Saying blah blah, and then suggesting you get together to have some fun = potent statement = lets get together to fuck...I know you want to! Potential mates quickly recognize this. Guys who are beginning to take flight again, that same statement could mean, lets go out to a movie or Dave and Busters. I'm getting way off the subject, but chicks/dudes...they're both two faced. They act different toward different Men. It all comes down to how you present yourself.

 

Exactly @Harley. And it is not just that the right people don't really mind being obejctified, it is just what men do naturally. Always have and always will. Even male feminists do and some have admitted so on this forum. It is part of us and you might as well demand we suppress our natural tendency to spread more than women when sitting down. Oh wait ...

 

I'm with you on this knightsolaire......lots of tv programs and adverts and other forms of media are sexualized....I turn away, walk out the room when it comes on, but when you see massive billboards and adverts on the back of a bus which is front of you on your route....it just becomes irritating


It's as simple as this....men sometimes objectify (just see them as a collection of body parts rather than a person with thought feelings and ideas) women

And women sometimes objectify themselves (when they flaunt themselves)

The idea is to work oneself and be the change in society you want to see.....


If today all men simply looked away or turned off......The porn industry would one step closer to its death....
