Your strategies to deal with the symptoms?

    Hello,
    I wanted to ask you about your strategies to deal with the withdrawal symptoms, name all, I want to try different things to find out what helps. I know already about sport, music, cold showers. My personal symptoms are that my body has phases with pure stress, grinding teeth, phases of heavy fatigue, I read all about it and why it occurs, it's not my first reboot, I just wanted to know about more things that might help, thank a lot guys!

    You can take supplements to lower the stress. Be it ashwagandha, nac or l-theanine.
    I'm not a doctor but for me what helped me the most is l-theanine for making me calmer. Nac helps some people with reducing craving for addictions in general

    Dont take supplements besides magnesium, l theanine you can just enjoy a cup of matcha or Camille tea.

    Other then that you have to face the withdrawals you still get insommia out of nowhere no supplement will calm the mindset to try to fall asleep;)

    After years of recovering I have found the best and maybe only strategy is to live as healthy as you can.

    Eat well, sleep on time and avoid stimulants as much as you can. I spent a few weeks living very healthy then binged crap food and stimulations for a week. The difference was night and day.

    I already eat well for years, sleep and wake up on time i started 2 weeks ago. I don't have work (to get under people is another thing I actually do) so most of the time I didn't focused here. What do you mean with stimulants? For me nearly every attractive women I see in real and sometimes even on screen is a trigger.

    This is my 3rd run, 1st time goal 90 days, made 80, second goal 6 months, made nearly 7 months, this time goal is unlimited, actually 6 weeks in, I feel like I make way better progress this time, but it's a heavy fight, so many sexual and wet dreams..

    Around 12 years with violence online porns, I go PMO with no fantasy this time, maybe this is the reason it's that hard for me and I search for something to deal with it, my nerves are cracked down, in phases when they not I feel like a different person, 100% healthy, this is my goali :)

    By stimulants, I mean anything that with effect your nervous system. So coffee, energy drinks, too much time gaming, Netflix, social media. All those things will have a negative strain on your nervous system if used for too long.

    Based on what you have said, it sounds like you are doing things in the right way. All that is left is to wait and continue with recovery.

    Mine is anger. What can I do about it? I only meet with my gf every 2-3 months and that is not enough.

    It sounds strange but you have to find a way to release the anger, even if it just by sitting down and feeling it.

    Whilst rebooting all sorts of emotions will start to rise to the surface, and I think releasing them will be positive for your reboot.

    I think I release anger with working out to near muscle failure and feeling that pain every bit of my body. Hitting gym for 2 months.

    Then I honestly think you are set, eventually the anger disappears - this is what happened to me.

    What you are talking about is dopamin fasting, taking the withdrawal even more harder, but I see what you mean here. I think the line is here to see what is not good for me and what does I need to get a bit calmy, taking the withdrawal not too cold. It's all about dopamine, but online porn is so much above all of the others things (beside drugs, I think, never took anything).
