Day 17 (Season II) The day started out to be very challenging: Tiredness, low energy and lot's of thoughts. But after that, a critical thing happened: I learned how to deal with it. By accepting my state and focusing on relaxing and being present I was able to get back to inner peace. The biggest reason why we relapse, is because we want to distract our self from the present moment.
