12/90. Almost every night and morning thinking about breaking my purpose but could hold it. I think though that the necessity has calmed down a bit compared to the first days
Day 2/90. Yesterday was a stressful day, but somehow I ended up with a smile on my face. It felt good
Day 1. Out of bed at 6:00am, 1 hour walk, regulating caffeine intake, and staying hydrated. I feel amazing!
