Day 11/90 today was a great day... went to eat with my gf and her parents, delicious food and a loving environment. No urges and happy thoughts, very nice day. Let's keep it going brothers!!!
Day 46, Day 47, Day 48, Day 49 (Season IV) Had a lot of real sex recently, nice to do, but nothing really worth pursuing.
Day 6/90 It's going well! I have had some urges to masturbate though. But have managed to refrain. I celebrated 10yrs of being Clean and Sober yesterday! I'm a recovering drug addict and alcoholic! I'm very grateful for my life today! Now I'm going to work on my sex addiction! This challenge is another tool I can use in my recovery! Thank you all for sharing your experience, strength, and hope! day 4, i officialy entered flatline mode, zero sexual desire . the good of that is that there´s no urges whatsoever, so my mind doesn´t even suggest to have a snack . apart from that, i feel good, at ease let´s go my friends, keep focus!!!
43 down. Saw a naked photo last night because curiosity got the better of me on a twitter profile (I should have known–I know now!); closed the tab immediately and didn’t follow through but it was tempting to masturbate later. Managed to make it this far!
Another fairly easy day. One interesting point: my phone seems less and less to be a sinister object (access to P through my phone was the main source of recent).
