Did 20 minutes this morning. I couldn't focus on my breathe the whole time, because some random ideas were popping. Tom Bilyeu said that the purpose of meditation should be to get in the state where you can solve your problems and let yourself be creative, I think I've experienced that kind of state this morning. Even tho I was trying to keep my attention on my breathe many good ideas came to my mind, which is awesome!
First time I have seen this thread, and i am very excited that I have found it. I have been meditating for years, and I think I am finally ready to turn a great portion of the time I spent on PMO into meditation. I generally shoot for about 20 minutes but today I was only able to do about 10. I try to have an entirely clear and focused mind after I have connected myself spiritually. I generally root myself to the earth, create a protective auora around myself. Then I find my senses and slowly let go of them to become spiritually connected. I try to have no thoughts for twenty minutes. When I was more spiritually connected it was an amazing experience, I am going to try to get back to daily mediation to help the connectivity of life once again.
A helpful strategy is to double up the following day . Say you do 10 minutes a day . If you miss one day do 20 the following day.

1/60 I was really fidgety for about the first 3 minutes of my 10 minute meditation and then I was finally able to relax by focusing on my breathing. It was nice focusing on something in the here and now and freeing myself of all other thought.
Day 17 last night - 25 min, I felt great after and I slept very good. this morning 21 min - not bad, I am sure that I will get to 30 min x 2 times a day by the end of this 60-day challenge.
Meditation before sleep is amazing . High quality sleep allows you to wake refreshed and ready to take on the world
Great bro.. Welcome to this challange.. You can post length or timing about how you meditate.... you will feel yourself in better position.. if you record your PROGRESS rather than days.....
It is for sure. Unfortunately, I skipped meditation last night. There was no particular reason. Maybe because I had strong urges all day, after a long time... I even edged for a moment, that didn't happen a while and I was not ready for it but anyway, I made it through the day. Stupid pop up ads were the trigger, I was about to watch series and then bum... Today's society is making our fight more difficult, but that only makes our victory more magnificent. This morning I woke up late so I was a bit in a hurry, and I meditate a few hours later for only 15 minutes. I will not skip tonight's meditation.
Thanks, I'm doing great! Almost effortless streak so far. Btw congrats on 26 days, it's insane! I felt in deep meditation today, but after only few minutes I've got interrupted by my father. I managed to wake up early but was too lazy to meditate then, so now I cannot find piece because everybody is awake... I've learned my lesson, need to finish with meditation before 8am.
Thanks but, that counter is a lie. I actually have sex with my gf from time to time so I am only not watching porn and I don't masturbate. Today its 49th day without porn, still I don't feel great... after every sex, I feel like I relapsed... Day 20 Last night very short meditation, 9 min if I remember correctly. This morning 15 min.
Woah I wasnt expecting something like this here. Im in for 90days no PMO, but when I saw this thread I decided that I want to join you. I've been doing meditation for a couple of months now but I never managed to do it for more than 4-5 days straight.And I think its worth trying because I felt the strongest benefits after that 4,5 days streaks.
