Haha thanks. That was the idea. Having a sense of humor about it personally helps me. Also for the community hopefully.
Day 11/21: I get impatient when waiting for long intervals especially for public transport. Which leads me to anger and eventually trigger cravings. Luckily i was able to identify this chain reaction and just let it fade away slowly. It's painfully difficult to do so but really worth it! Another day conquered!
