Hang in there friend. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Every ugre/craving resisted only improves your resolve. So keep going!
That's the whole point of rebooting. To modify habits that are beneficial even if you don't immediately get results. For the past 2 weeks, i've been able to sleep better because of this small change in my habit. It makes huge difference in the long game.
Relapse back to day 1 well I won't give up the tough thing for me its all free time that I have I will try to keep my mind focus in other things.
Be Be strong and try not to do the same next time set small goals like 10 days at first and train your mind that you'll achieve it at any cost stay focused towards your goal every now and then because it's quite difficult to jump onto the bigger goals also stop edging it will ruin all your gains.i'm sure you're gonna make it happen this time .best of luck.
