I relapsed in m, but there is a positive thing: i didn't relapse in p. I'm sorry too much, really. I want to be an exemple for myself ans also demonstrate you that, if we want do it, we can do it, despite all the difficulties. I see here a lot of good examples, good people who had and have success in this challenge. But I want to engage with you: I'm going to be this challenge, I can, and I'm going to overcome the problems. We can, champions!!!
Day 12/90. I think my flatline is over as I am having loads of urges but I have been reading some rebooting material lately and that has helped me to cope with them.
Hmm maybe that`s one point but why do I feel when I wake up like a zombie or right now? I woke up at 9:15 am, checked WhatsApp for ca. 1 or 2 hours and played guitar till now because my fingers hurt. Maybe I need some vitamines like Magnesium or anything else? Because In my porn phase I went to the gym without eating and ate 2 or 3 hours after the training. That`s the reason why I sooo thin and could it be that in this phase that some "vitamines" were gone, because of that not eating?
