let's carry on doing the 3 things a day thing, basically idk if you saw but just list 3 things like I'll start today 1. 20 press ups, 20 crunches, 90 second plank 2. read a book and tell what you learnt 3. think positive and tell yourself you can do this then tomorrow it'll be your 3 things then kratos then back to me and so on.

Ok it was my naivety to think any such Long Distance Relationship made over the Internet could work. But what did i do after? I binged on PMO. Nah! It's nice not to feel like a Disgusting Bastard.
