Yes indeed - marginal gains. There is no need to be 50% better tomorrow or next week (and it's not realistic). If you can just be 1% better tomorrow (an almost invisible improvement) then you won't be 3.65 times a better person after a year (oh no!), the compounding effect means you will be about 38 times better! Progress is happiness - aim for small progress consistently and you'll get there.
Day 44 struggling with life atm, women can be so cruel and heartless, I suggest that people stay away from toxic people while they're rebooting and in general, keep going everybody
ive stop counting days, i just know that ive wasted the resources ive got, now i wont, because there are people who dont have resources, still they study and get into best colleges and achieve the best.
Glad you are here. You’ve brought a lot of positive energy to the community. Thanks for being a motivator!
You sound so strong and confident lately, it’s having a big impact on me, thanks for the inspiration!
Do not be discouraged. You have done a lot of great work. Each day is a victory whether it is day 0 or day 100. Keep up the grind!
Yes, we are changed by our life disciplines and that changes how the world sees us and also how we see the world. That is the gift of this challenge.
Your answer is in your post. Cut the bad habits out. Bring the good habits back. The holidays are the perfect time for discipline. To be strong. To be Spartan!
Your enthusiasm is great! And I appreciate the reminder to review my life values and mission today and everyday. It is such a powerful practice!
I am grateful that you have chosen to stay in the community after your success. You have so much to offer to all of us. Especially the lesson of lifestyle. That the pmo lifestyle is not one to simply take a break from. But one to leave forever. Because life is so much better without it. We need people like you here reminding us. We aim for 100 days as a start. Not a finish!
Ha, i am looking forward to that happening, nor that its my main objective. It was always self development. But i would like to see that change too.
