What to do? Keep the commitment to be ready for 2020.
So this morning I woke at 6 30 and hitted the gym for four hours of intensive training.
Everything that was left in me for this year, I gave it in the gym.
Unfortunately this year I don't have a great program for the midnight but will figure something out.
Happy new year spartans, and don't feel like you need to be ready for 2020.

During these holidays I wasn't trying to prevent me from watching porn. Obviously, I felt bad, I even couldn't sleep.
I needed time to think about a new strong plan. I've finally come up with a new strong, POWERFUL plan !!
I was inspired by Soaring Eagle and Matt Dobschuetz for this one.

The aim is to be one month pmo-free. Then, after a month, the next objective will be a year.
Here are my active commitments for the month of January 2020. I invite you to read my worksheet in my signature below.

1. Commitment - Make a video of myself every month
2. Commitment - Post everyday on the spartan topic
3. Commitment - Daily review in my accountability group
4. Self-suggestion: Say every morning, in front of the mirror: "I am strong, I will have positive thoughts today."
5. Meditation - Every day
6. Visualization - Every day
7. Journaling my thoughts
8. Consequence - If I relapse, I will tear up a $10 bill.

I've identified my main triggers (when I have insomnia for exemple). I've come up with a solution to avoid these situations and when I can't avoid them, to prevent me from watching porn at that moment.

What do you think ?

I still have one unanswered question. How do I deal with fedding up ? I am motivated now but I won't have this level of motivation in a month.

If it was 2 or 3 days past, I would have relapsed when nobody was home but now it does not bother me. It took practice and mentality shift to reach here. There is nothing wrong with falling, we all do go through that, but what important is you learn from it. I have gone so far that I have a P blocker on my phone so I can't access any porn and I need a password to turn the app off which I have given to my accountability partner. Meditation has really helped me a lot in keeping myself in control.
The brothers who relapsed, try again, Failed, no matter try harder, failed no worries, try even harder, THATS HOW WINNING IS DONE. The people with big streaks know how difficult it is to reach that level but every master was once a beginner. This is A fight against the demon, who keeps you in that comfortable cage and wants you to die there. It's your choice to knock that SOB and get out of the cage. DONT GIVE UP. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! HOO-AH

so here it is copied and pasted from my journal.

So dear 2020 here I come.
I joined this forum from 7 months, and the number of posts can say how much I loved being here.
So in order to keep the resolutions this time I'll write them here.
Where the people I love can read them and where I'll have to face them everyday.
But this year I don't want to be a liar, What I say is what I do.
So here is my resolutions:

Definitely quit smoking weed: It is already 7 months that I don't do this but I never accomplished a year so it will be 2020

Get my degree and get good grades: As I mentioned I am late for my degree, but this year I will take it and the exams I am going to do, well I'll get in all of them at least 23.

Keep the gym routine: In the last two months of the year I joined a gym and I am improving day by day so next year I will subscribe again and will keep the pace of improving.

Alcohol: Quiet a question for the man I was. But this year I will stick with it. I am not going to entirely quit it.I enjoy a beer with friends sometimes, but I am not going to get drunk again. For no reason. Even in my degree's party.

Get a good work: After I'll get the degree I will seek work, but I prepared myself in this months, I've taken courses of soft-skills that engineers are required to have, I improved my english. So I will not get a bad job. I am aiming for the best I can.

Defintely overcome social anxiety: Unfortunately ,as many of us, I suffer from it. I improved it and in fact I feel better now. But it's not enough. I want to overcome it. It doesn't mean become who I am not. I am introvert and that's ok. But I will not be anxious for public speaking etc.. again.

Finally be the leader of the team: I mentioned also that I am footballer. That I am doing good because I played always and I scored a lot for being a defender. But it's not enough. The team is going bad, and I am part of the team so I am going bad. This year I will continue to play the best but I will also lead the team to the safe zone.

The phone using: I improved a lot, but I want to take it even further, in the 2020. I will NEVER use the phone more than 30 mins per day. Only exceptional and unexpected events(don't want to be unlucky but you know shit happens) will justify.

For every passing mark, you will get a New Badge as Follows.
YOU MUST CHECK IN EVERYDAY AND YOU WILL START FROM DAY 0.
ITS HARD MODE WARRIORS, MEANING THERE WILL BE NO PORN, NO MASTURBATION, NO ORGASM.
