I've been two months strong, and the last month went like a breeze, but now I am starting to have urges and unwanted thoughts. Even though I know there's no going back, I can't seem to block out these thoughts. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks -Sack
You must stay strong in your conviction, and honestly lighten up some go with the flow. Have fun but be serious at the same time.
I struggle with this too. It’s easy for us to get going and get complacent after awhile. Just stay strong, and before each day think about what it means to keep your streak and how crucial it is. Also make a board with goals and contingency plans for urges that is near the possible relapse location.
