Read the journal of the people who successfully done this challenge, it helps me a lot. Things that i do to distract me from this 1. Working out( having a workout routine helps me to get distracted, cause i get horny at the afternoon, morning, and evening, in the morning i do a cardio workout (Basketball, jogging,running, or even walking,etc)to distract me, and in the afternoon i do a strengthening exercises, and in the evening( at first it was so hard to sleep early because i always sleep late, and i always get horny at times like this so i started working out and it helps me to sleep early so to avoid the horniness in me but still it was hard trying to sleep early but i got used to it now for the past 6-8 months i can now sleep early. If you're planning to do a workout routine you should first see what works for you best, because some people find it more comfortable to workout at evening, and if you have like a night job you should workout at evening like 6-8 pm, you have to know what works for you the best. 2. Educating - it helps me to distract me on my rest days, learning stuff like the body muscles and what exercises that will grow them, learning history, etc. 3. Avoid thing that will make you horny(PMO) Pornography, girls on social media pics, etc 4. Having that thought that what will happen if you masturbate, it will make you physically and mentally weak, if you masturbate like excessively it will make you lazy, unmotivated, no energy to do things, it's like you want to do something but your to lazy to do it and your gonna be like let's do it tomorrow and then it happens again cause your like to lazy, and it happens again, and again. Always remember why you started this challenge. 5. Avoid going to places that will make your horny For example like your bedroom, im not saying that you should stay away from the place forever just go away from that place when you feel like masturbating, go to a place like outside(not in the crowded places because of covid) go for a walk when you feel like masturbating, spend your time with your family, friends, hang out with them.
