Day 17.... Had wet dream, wasn't feeling urges yet it happened. Now it's around once a week, which is good but it was around once in two weeks for some time but at starting it was twice or thrice a week so in long run it's a progress.

Will try to reduce it as much as possible.

 

And Day 1 begun 6 minutes ago. Here we go, work and picking up a book about martial arts after, feels good.

day 3, i'm inside it now and i feel my mind is trying to escape... i didn't sleep well, i'll try to recover this afternoon...

Just imagine when one reaches the other ranks, i´ve never been there myself yet but yeh!

Relapsed today will restart again tomorrow and I'll try not to go on a binge.

Checking in for Day 140! I hope everyone is enjoying those bouts of freedom we always have every day at some point or another.

 

Finished first day! Overall feeling pretty good, playing video games every now and then helped me keep my mind off of porn. Hopefully, Dark Souls continues to help! haha
