I am surving through this day .
I don't even want to talk about it, but it seems I am doing good after all .

My gf yesterday night was all seductive and sluttish, but I am on point ,

In other news, I'm checking in for Day 9. This is officially my second-longest streak to date, so that's good. Let's keep going!

 

I will stay strong. As for me I haven’t had much trouble and am actually feeling good. Like you said before, let’s make it past one week this time.

 

Day 17 is in the books. Just gotta keep going. Keeping it simple each day and focusing on the key tasks has helped. And reading the pmo edit of allen carr's book helps too.
