Title inspired from @Mr. 94 feet "Spartan workout military academy" thread. You lazy to go to the gym? You don't wanna spend a dime of your money to get in shape? Good, this is the perfect workout for you. Level 1 (Recruit / Beginner level) This one is good if you haven't worked out in a good while and you want to comeback but without sweating too much. (2-3 times per week) - 20 burpees - Running in place for 5 minutes - 15 abs Level 2 (Amateur) This one is for those who workout already sometimes but want something more serious. (3-4 times per week) - 50 burpees - Running in place for 10 minutes - 30 abs - 20 non stop push ups - 10 incline + 10 decline push ups Level 3 (Prisoner level) If you get here you ain't playing no more, this workout is based on (4-5 days) a week workout going from 1 hour to 3 hours workout with breaks if needed, resting during weekends is recommended. - 100 burpees - Running in place for 20 minutes - 50 abs - 30 incline + 30 decline push ups - 20 Navy seals burpees - 40 squats + You can add some weight bar exercises *Optional*
I recommend people with no workout regime to take part immediately . If somebody is not okay to ask . Working out really helps with everything .
Interesting I'll give it a try! With abs, does it mean every ab-workout or a specific one (crunches, sit-ups, leg raises etc.)?
