Hey, this is day 30 of my reboot, and I feel kick-ass! It's been a rough ride, with a couple weeks of flatline which I still have not got over. But I have been destroying temptation, and really improving myself. Here's the thing though, I am in a relationship, and things aren't going great as far as that goes. I have been extremely irritable, and she knows it. Anyways, I have read several people's timelines of rebooting, and they always have different benefits you will achieve at that point, such as increased confidence, social skills, bigger muscles, etc. But these people tell you to go a whole year without orgasming for max benefits. Is that really necessary? I mean, it is worth it if it is, but I don't want to deny me or my girlfriend the magic of sex, unless I really am getting something out of it. Should I continue being totally PMO, and for how long? Or should I transition, now that I'm over 30 days, into PM mode? I honestly don't think I will ever masturbate again, now that I know what I know. I still feel like I have a long way to go, and I don't want to stunt my growth

It's all right to enjoy sex with a real woman, the whole idea of NoFap is to stop yourself from watching artificial stuff and pleasuring yourself to it. If you have an opportunity to do it with a person you love, go for it man, that's my opinion. Just be careful about chaser effect, don't fall back into old habits. You will not lose all the benefits because of having a real action, don't worry... But again, it depends on your personal goals, 30 days is a long time, but you're breaking "No PMO" cycle in some way. Definitely stay away from porn and masturbation.

My goal is to be the best man that I can be. My whole life I've felt like there was something holding me back, and now I realize what it is. I've always felt like I was meant to be someone else. Confident, social, and outgoing. I want to be me, finally.
