Mentally, I feel stressed, I lost control over my emotions multiple times, I feel a lot of anger inside me. Again, there was a lot of family arguing. 4/90 I am now fully back on track after my last slip. Also, I have not used YouTube for the last 8 days. Initially, it was tough and I rationalized I needed to access the YT website directly for my education especially with regard to learning web development but ended up being distracted 100% of the time. I don't feel like I miss it since I am using alternatives such as Coursera, Free Code Camp, and Udacity and don't have to use the YT website directly. I have deleted Instagram and deactivated my Facebook. I deleted Reddit and Tumblr. This time I think I just need to be radical and forget about social media as a whole. Social media is a massive waste of time for me and a major trigger. I can survive without it.
