Anyone here feel good after a relapse?

Lol. I do. I edged earlier today. After much contemplating I'm considering it a relapse; losing my 19 day streak. Feeling confident and empowered now that I know how I failed, I'll learn from it, and avoid what caused my downfall the first time.

Try to avoid edging in future, but don't reset your counter.

 

Eh. I feel like I cheated the counting. Maybe I won't consider it a full on relapse, but I will from this day forth eliminate all artificial stimuli. And besides. 90 days isn't a countdown. This is a lifestyle change. What difference will a few days make?

I feel fantastic whilst relapsing. After? Not so much.

 

On very rare occasions, yes. Most times, no.

 

When i relapse after deciding that ok i will do it I feel good.

When I relapse thinking that i must not i feel bad.

See it depends on how you think.

 

I generally don't feel regret. I feel numbed, which is usually what I want. And I never end up regretting it. Not once, have I PMO'd and regretted it.

However, I always go down a path of PMO'ing quite regularly (ALWAYS) and I always begin to hate myself within 2 weeks of the relapse.
