Hi guys! Checking in to say I made it 7 days and it feels amazing. Haven’t felt this free in MONTHS. Tried and failed before. 1st time attempting it by checking in on a Christian group and idk what worked just yet but whatever it is it worked. Cooked for my wife and saw the great conjunction tonight. It felt really good sharing a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I’m going to go for another 7 days with the same standards. I don’t want to think about bigger goals. I want to have stepping stones to success. It really feels like this way works better for me. Anyways, thanks for all the prayers fells. God bless you all in your recovery!
