I think the answer is in Matthew 5: 27-28. Christ can see what is in our hearts and so we should concern ourselves with seeking a clean heart. I once felt that it was impossible to have a clean heart and I don't wish to suggest that I have managed to obtain one, yet. However, I now understand that striving for a clean heart is what we are called to do and I do believe it is obtainable. I hope to assure you that in this way, we find true happiness. It is definitely worth the effort.

I had times I fapped to my favorite kind of porn. I have times I tried to fap without images, but that always ended in trying to find the most exciting stuff in my memory to intensify the climax. It was sin. My last relapse was because of a fantasy in my head. I've been busy to process the breeding ground that fantasy has its roots in. God showed me the core issues and now I see the need to keep that fantasy alive is vanishing away. God want's me to have a clean and pure imagination.

Porn and fantasy are related. Just M is reacting to an impulse and always led me back to P eventually. Ultimately you have to be able to stop it all. Self control, a fruit of the spirit, is key.

If you wanna get porn/fantasies out awesome! That should remove a chunk of the burden. But then you should stop jacking off cause those are both a sin in Gods eyes.
