Hello gentlemen. I slipped up yesterday. I noticed a number of thoughts that lead to my negative emotions which ultimately lead to my actions.

I acknowledge that I just be intentional with what I do, what I look at, and what I think about. I realize that I need to confront whatever traumas or negative thoughts that I have allowed and accepted which lead me to PMO. Therefore I need to find healing by being honest with myself, be accountable with a trusted friend or therapist, and be responsible for my actions. Try to take new steps little by little in this growing and challenging process.

Being honest with ourselves about how PMO is not really making anything better is important and something I'm still learning to do in the moments when I'm triggered. Keep learning from your failures man. Working with a therapist (especially one who understands that porn is not a good thing for people's mental health) helps too.
