Addiction
From the greek word addictus: somebody who is in debt by a money lender, staying his slave until he paid the whole debt back to the lender.

I think this is very valuable to overthink.
How many times especially in the beginning of my waking up, did I try to remove the urges by helping myself with pornography agáin? Causing more urges, etc.
The only thing I did was deepen my debt by creating more debt!

According to this definition of the word addictus, creating more debt can never be the solution!
I need something or somebody to take my debt away, to pay the lender the amount of debt.

That exactly is what Jesus has to offer me. He payed the price to my lender so I can live debt free!

The word "addict" so gives the solution in itself.
You call yourself an addict?
Well then you actually say and admit you have a huge debt that needs to be eliminated.

Last year I wrote 3 articles in my journal about debt.
It's here if you are interested.

@pcmaster I read a lot. That's a source of my inspiration. So sometimes I create a post to summarize the stuff I've read or seen in a video.

@pcmaster I don't think there is a certain "amount of time per day".
I can see I actually continuously take all kind information with me.
From time to time I follow christian channels for a while, or I use a "daily bible text app".
Every month I buy one or two christian books with the theme I'm working through at that moment.
Follow your heart as God will guide you also in this process.
