Doing the 100 days challenge.. Anyone else interested??

About me..yesterday was eight day of a new streak..I had taken 7 days challenge and i wrote completed challenge in the forum..And then relapsed

you made it to 7 days, that is impressive- try to think about what made you relapse, what was going on in your mind and how you can prevent it in the future :)

It's okay Aswin. This battle is like this ... But important thing is never quit... I recommend you to spend somedays doing something like gaming... Don't think it as crazy it will give your mind time to recover from thinking you are failed...

A single relapse won't affect you much after 30days but, if you relapse more the damage will increase exponentially.

Yes..But I certainly don't want to interrupt their relationship..I am happy for them..

I just want to her thoughts to be gone..There was too much mental trauma..I want that gone..I can't study or do anything..I am kind of thinking about her 24*7.Most of the time hate comes to my mind,sometimes day dreams of impressing her on the roads..Knowing that it is bad I control it..

Any kind of help to stop these thoughts is appreciated..

Keep yourself busy and focus on the task at hand, which is your class.

Maybe get used to taking a deep breath whenever you start daydreaming and while you breath in, recognize you're daydreaming and while breathing out, let it go and get back to what's happening around you right now.
