Day three.... Having brain fog nd headache. Tingling sensation below. But nothing which would break my resolve
Day 2. Keeping myself distracted with work and reading. A quote for inspiration: "When jarred, unavoidably, by circumstances, revert at once to yourself, and don’t lose the rhythm more than you can help. Day 2! Not the best day with slight urges but keeping myself busy really helps (trying to fulfil something that i always wanted to do)
Who'd have thought this was sooo hard! My max now has been 5 days. First it was 4 then 5, so I guess it's progress. Hard to stay on the wagon at the moment tho. I've lost motivation.
