Right back on the bike my friend! Dust yourself off.

 

Day three.... Having brain fog nd headache. Tingling sensation below. But nothing which would break my resolve

DAY 0 Now

 

i relapsed on day 3. have to start from day 1 again. shit

 

Day 2. Keeping myself distracted with work and reading.

Day 2! Not the best day with slight urges but keeping myself busy really helps (trying to fulfil something that i always wanted to do)

Who'd have thought this was sooo hard!

My max now has been 5 days.

First it was 4 then 5, so I guess it's progress.

Hard to stay on the wagon at the moment tho. I've lost motivation.
